Everything we do for a wedding cake is done in a 48 hour period prior to the wedding. Many other companies will make your cake up to a week before your wedding. If they are doing this you know they are not using high quality ingredients.
We know fresh ingredients taste and look best. So we put the extra effort in to prepare cakes in a short period of time.
